Bengaluru: Karnataka High Court would hear Hassan Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri’s petition challenging the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) order asking her to give representation to the Chief Secretary against her transfer order today (March 27).
It can be recalled that Rohini Sindhuri’s lawyer pushed for an early hearing on the ground that the last date to submit her representation before the chief secretary was Monday, following which a decision will be taken by the government within three days.
She sought for early hearing as she feared that there was a likelihood of enforcement of her transfer order with effect from March 26. However, the Divisional Bench with Dinesh Maheshwari and B M Shyam Prasad had stated that the case will be heard as listed on March 27 (today).
