Bengaluru: In a major setback for state Congress leader D K Shivakumar, the Karnataka High Court (HC) denied him any interim relief in connection with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons.
Earlier, DKShi had moved the HC seeking time to move the Supreme Court against the ED’s summons.
In his petition, DKShi had urged the High Court to stop the ED from executing the summons as he needed time to move to Supreme Court.
The Court, however, declined him any such relief.
This means that now, DKShi needs to honour the ED’s summons.
