Hijab row: CFI condemns State Govt for not allowing students take re-exams

Bengaluru: The Campus Front of India State Committee here has condemned the move of the State Government of not allowing students, who missed exams due to Hijab row take re-exams.

Campus Front of India State President Athaullah Punjalkatte expressed that the Government has been hampering the future of pre-university college students as this move will deprive Muslim girls of education. Further, he stated that it was an agenda by the Government to take away education from Muslim female students.

CFI stressed that the Government has no rights to take away fundamental right to education of any citizen granted by the Constitution, he added.
