Bengaluru: Former CM Siddaramaiah stated that he has not eaten beef till now and questioned what was wrong even if he did.
Addressing a gathering of minorities in Jamakhandi where assembly by-election voting has been scheduled on November 3, he stated that BJP leaders are known for the fake assurances and the statements.
“CM Ibrahim is a great orator. Jameer is now turning into a big leader. Congress is the only party which believes in the secular principles,” he said adding that the BJP does not have the right to question eating habits of the people.
“In all the five by-elections, the Congress and the JDS combine candidates will win. Soon we will topple even the NDA government at the centre,” he stated.
