Bengaluru: As ceratin areas of the eastern and northeastern parts of the country are experiencing rains for the past several days, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted the same weather spreading across several other states of till Friday, February 28.
According to the weather forecast, states like Odisha are already experiencing 70 mm rainfalls, 30-40 cm snowfall and wind speeds of up to 30-40 km/hr, while a few others are experiencing rainfall with thunderstorms.
States like Bihar and West Bengal are also experiencing showers with gusty winds.
As per the IMD’s weather predictions, Karnataka’s coastal belt is expected to experience rains in the next five days.
Chikkamagaluru, Kodagu, Shivamogga and a few other districts can also expect showers, says the IMD.
According to the weather forecast, several states are experiencing rainfall due to variations in temperature.
