Bengaluru: Influencer Divyansh Tiwari had an unexpected and heartwarming experience aboard an IndiGo flight to Bengaluru after casually mentioning his work as a content creator to the cabin crew. What began as friendly conversation turned into a memorable moment when the airline team surprised him with a personalised treat and a handwritten note.
Casual conversation leads to sweet surprise
Tiwari, who is pursuing his PhD in nanotechnology at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, shared a video on Instagram recounting the incident. During the flight, he briefly spoke with the crew about his content creation and his travel to Bengaluru for his research work.
To his surprise, the crew returned with complimentary food and beverages, along with a message card expressing how delighted they were to have him on board. The note also carried signatures believed to be from the flight staff.
“Not about the free food, but the recognition”
In the video, filmed after landing, Tiwari expressed genuine appreciation for the gesture. He said that although the treat may seem small to others, the recognition and encouragement meant a great deal to him as a creator balancing academic commitments and online content.
Towards the end of the clip, he also displayed a cup with a personalised message written by the crew — a keepsake he said he would be taking home.
