Bengaluru: The JDS is taking the dynastic family politics to an all new level. Out of 40-star campaigners party listed, 10 belong to the family of party supremo HD Deve Gowda.
The list of star campaigners includes HD Deve Gowda, Nikhil Kumaraswamy, Prajwal Revanna, HD Kumaraswamy, Anitha Kumaraswamy, HD Revanna, Bhavani Revanna, Suraj Revanna, DC Tammanna, and KS Rangappa. All are from the same family.
The other leaders who are mentioned in the star campaigners’ list include YSV Dutta, Madhu Bangarappa, CS Puttaraju, GT Devegowda, SR Mahesh among others.
The regional party has often been criticised for following dynasty politics and the debate gained limelight when Devegowda announced the political coronation of two of his grandsons-Nikhil and Prajwal during this Lok Sabha polls.
