Bengaluru: After CM B.S. Yediyurappa made the statement on Sunday June 6 that he was ready to quit office if the BJP high command wanted, several BJP leaders reacted to this.

BJP State President, Nalin Kumar Kateel called CM BSY an inspiration to many BJP workers. “There is no misunderstanding among us. Yediyurappa is our leader and currently our focus is on Covid control and infrastructure development,” he said.

He also added that the party has never discussed CM change in the state.

Minister R. Ashoka said that no other Chief minister has worked like Yediyurappa. “He might have been hurt by this constant debate regarding CM change in the state. We are all with him and will keep supporting him,” he said.

Reacting to CM’s statement, Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that there is no confusion in the party and that the high command has lauded Yediyurappa for his work.
