Bengaluru: “State government will call for fresh global bids for Sputnik Vaccine,” said Deputy Chief Minister CN Ashwath Narayan on Saturday, May 29.
He said that the bids will be called with new conditions and announced that the government has rejected the bids of two companies due to exorbitant rates.
Aswath Narayan said that after the bids were rejected due to high rates, he has asked the officials to extend the time limit for participation on the tender, given the fact the condition is settling down and the vaccine production taking place
