Bengaluru: Evidently dejected by the high command’s decision to keep his close aide Shobha Karandlaje out of Core Committee, BJP State Chief and former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa has said that he will adhere by the decision of the high command in this regard.
Speaking to media, he said the high command’s decision to keep Shobha Karandlaje away from the selection committee will not be as effective as some are predicting since she is the general secretary of the state unit.
Adding further, he said that everything is going as planned in terms of party strengthening work is concerned and hence there was no need to give much importance for dropping Shobha from selection.
BJP’s Central leadership had axed close confidant of Yeddyurappa, Shobha Karandlaje from the list of names proposed by him for appointment to the party’s highest decision-making body of the State core committee.
