Karnataka: KMF hikes milk, curd price by Rs 2 in State

Bengaluru: The price of curd (per kg) and milk (per litre) under the Nandini brand have been increased by Rs. 2 on Wednesday November 23, informed Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF).

The increased prices would go into effect from Thursday.

The Managing Director of the KMF announced in a statement that prices have increased for nine different milk varieties, including Special Milk, Shubham, Samruddhi, Santrupthi, and curd.

He said that double-toned milk will cost Rs. 38, toned milk Rs. 39, homogenised toned milk Rs. 40, homogenised cow milk Rs. 44, Special Milk Rs. 45, Shubham Rs. 45, Samruddhi Rs. 50, and Santrupthi Rs .52. It would cost Rs. 47 for Nandini Curd.
