Bengaluru: The Kempegowda International Airport will remain partially closed for operations from February 19 to April 30 on account of runway extension.
The officials have stated that owing to the civil works being undertaken for the extension of the runway at the airport operations will be suspended between 10.30 am to 5 pm during the day.
During this period flights will not be able to operate from the airport however during the remaining period the departures and arrivals will take place as scheduled.
Passengers have been advised to reach the airport at least an hour in advance during this period, the officials stated.
