Bengaluru: In a big boost to the industrial activities, the Central Government will set up three solar parks at an estimated cost of Rs. 4,800 Crores in Koppala, Bagalkot, and Ourad in Bidar Districts.
According to Union Minister for State for Renewable Energy, and Chemicals and Fertilisers Bhagwanth Khuba, such projects are taken up to increase the share of renewable energy in the total power production of the State.
The Central Government is also all set to come up with a plastic park in Mangaluru.
