COVID negative certificate has been made compulsory for entry into both the Houses at the Vidhana Soudha here.
The opposition Congress has already hinted that the session is going to be stormy as it has several issues that hold mirror to the failures of the ruling BJP government at the state.
The opposition is likely to raise the issue of management of pandemic, which has hit 5.11 lakh people in the state alone.
DJ Halli riots, drug scandal, financial condition of the government, flood relief are some of the other issues that will be raked up by the opposition.
The session had to be convened before September 23 in view of the Constitutional provision that the legislature has to meet at least once in six months.
