Bengaluru: The lower cases in the recent past in the State have been attributed to decrease in number of testing undertaken per day.

In the last one month, the cases have been within 400 cases per day, and the tests have not crossed 70000 people per day except thrice where over 100000 people were tested. The percentage of positivity rate among people tested stands at 5.36.

Apart from Bengaluru Urban, border districts of Kodagu Dakshina Kannada and Mysuru have the highest caseload.
