Bengaluru: A man from Sullia, Ganesh (40), has gone missing after traveling back to Bengaluru from his hometown following a vacation. His family has filed a missing person’s report at the Sullia police station.
Ganesh, the son of Sundara Naik, had been working as an electrician in Bengaluru for four years. After visiting his family in Kurunjigudde, he left for Bengaluru on January 19, 2025. He informed his father that he was boarding a bus from the Sullia bus stand, confirming that he was heading back to the city.
However, after failing to reach Ganesh on his mobile later, his father discovered that his phone was switched off. Further investigation with his employer, Ranjith, confirmed that Ganesh had not arrived in Bengaluru.
A case has been registered by Sundara Naik at the Sullia police station, and authorities are actively working on locating Ganesh.
