A 41-year-old marketing executive was discovered dead in his car near Tindlu in North-East Bengaluru late Saturday night. The deceased, Ashwin Kumar, a resident of Gokul Extension, Yeshwantpur, and originally from Ooty, is suspected to have suffered a cardiac arrest, according to police.
Kumar had left home around 9:30 am in his Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Flex. While driving near Tindlu village, he stopped by the roadside. When his family was unable to reach him on his phone, they alerted the Kodigehalli police.
Using mobile tower tracking, police located his car. Upon receiving no response, they broke the window and found him unresponsive inside. Crime scene officers collected samples, which have been sent for forensic analysis. The cause of death will be confirmed after the report.
A case of unnatural death has been registered, and further investigations are underway.
