Bengaluru: Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah said that the miscreants involved in the Hubballi violence incident should be punished and the innocent should not be arrested.
Speaking to mediapersons on Sunday April 17 he said, “I have no proper information regarding the Hubballi violence. We are not in favour or against any particular group or religion. We respect people of all races, religions, and communities equally. Those who are responsible should be punished.”
He also said that Eshwarappa should also be arrested under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
