Bengaluru: KR Pete JD(S) MLA Narayana Gowda’s asset value increased by twenty times in one year to Rs five crores from Rs 24 lakhs.
Narayan Gowda’a entire family assets have also grown many folds in one year. His wife’s asset value has grown from Rs 5 lakhs in 2017 to 2.95 crores in 2018.
Social worker T J Abraham has given a complaint to CBI to investigate whether he has acquired these assets illegally and the CBI has started the investigation on the matter.
The investigation has to reveal whether he misguided the authorities about the original value of his assets when he filed the affidavit for the 2018 assembly elections or acquired it illegally later.
