Mangaluru: Commissioner of Police, Mangaluru City, Dr P Harsha has been transferred with immediate effect, on Friday, June 26.
Vikas Kumar Vikash will take over as the new Commissionr of Mangaluru city, as per the latest order from the government.
Dr Harsha, who took charge as Mangaluru Commissioner in August 2019, has been posted as Deputy Inspector General and Commissioner, Information and Public Relations, Bengaluru.
Meanwhile Vikas Kumar Vikash was posted as the Commander of Anti-Naxal Force, Karkala.
