Bengaluru: North East Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NEKRTC) has been renamed as Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation.
The State Governor has ordered the change of name as per his rights according to Column 3 under Sec 64 of Road Transport Corporation Act 1950. The change came into effect from Wednesday July 6.
The order is signed by M Satyavati, Under Secretary, Transport Corporation as per Governor’s instructions.
