Bengaluru: IT/BT Minister Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan said that the National Education Policy will help in expanding economy.
He was speaking at an event, ‘An Update to the India Economic Strategy to 2035’, organised by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade). He said that the NEP is a right step towards expanding the economy, especially through strengthening of institutions. Quality higher education is a ticket to economic success as we will be able compete with the world as a whole, he noted.
Narayan added that education collaboration has been always a key sector between Australia and Karnataka.
