Bengaluru: In a shocking revelation, Srirangapatna MLA and JD (S) lawmaker Ravindra Srikantaiah alleged that casino gambling was held in Mandya for 19 days recently.
He also alleged that police didn’t act against the organisers even though they were aware of it.
“This casino was earlier played in Goa, Srilanka etc. But today, it has reached Mandya. Youths and farmers are losing money due to this. Even though it is illegal, no action is taken to stop it,” he said.
