Bengaluru: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary C. T. Ravi said there is no plan to replace Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa.
He was speaking on Saturday June 5 from New Delhi, where he was stationed to attend BJP’s national-level meeting chaired by party president J P Nadda. “We have chosen Yediyurappa as our CM unanimously and he will remain as our CM, and there is no plan to change the CM in the State, he emphasised.
It can be recollected here that Tourism Minister C. P. Yogeshwar had demanded change of leadership, recently. And also, time to time other BJP leaders including MlA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal and Arvind Bellad too had demanded the replacement of Yediyurappa.
