Bengaluru: Former minister Gali Janardhana Reddy who was arrested on November 9 in connection with the Ambident Marketing Finance Ltd bribery scam will need to wait for some more time for his bail.
The city sessions court which heard the argument on Reddy’s bail petition reserved the order for Wednesday, November 12.
On behalf of Reddy, his advocate C H Hanumantarayappa argued. “Even though my client is the 6th accused in the case he has been arrested. Accused number 1 got bail,” he argued.
But CCB advocate argued in the court that it was a Rs 600 to Rs 700 Crore scam and that bail should not be granted.
