Bengaluru: Economics and statistics postgraduates will soon be able to contribute their bit to the state by analyzing the available resources and effectiveness of various schemes.
The Planning Programme Mintoring and Statistics Department has invited applications for a six-week paid internship where applicants will get to work in areas of human development, plan mentoring and evaluation, perspective planning, project formulation, and plan finances. Rajneesh Goel, Additional Chief Secretary to government, planning programme Mintoring and Statistics Department, said the purpose of the internship is to give youngsters the opportunity to understand the development process.
The students will get a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000. The applicants should be final-year PG students or have a PG degree. Apply by writing to planningfr@gmail.com. The application form can be downloaded from the website www.planning.kar.nic.in
