Davangere: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Dinesh Gundu Rao has decided to file a complaint, here on Wednesday, April 10, with the Election Commission accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of campaigning for the Lok Sabha polls using the achievements of security forces as propaganda tool.
Addressing a press meet, he said that PM Modi was using the achievements of security forces as a propaganda tool in all the speeches that he was making in the state and trying to influence the new voters to cast their mandate based on it.
He also opined that justice would not be served in this matter alleging that the Election Commission and other investigative agencies were under the control of PM Modi.
Criticising the selection of its candidates by the Bharatiya Janata Party for LS polls, Dinesh said, “The BJP has neglected the minority section and the backward classes. They have not given the tickets with secular mindset and have neglected the social norms.”
