PM takes stock of Covid situation from 17 DCs of K’taka

Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday May 18 held a video conference with a total of 46 deputy commissioners of 10 states.

The 46 deputy commissioners included 17 deputy commissioners from the state. The PM took stock of Covid situation in every district. He not only commended the efforts taken to curb the spread of the disease, but also appraised them of the measures needed to keep up the momentum.

Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan, Ministers Basavaraja Bommai, Jagdish Shettar, Chief Secretary P Ravikumar and other senior officials too participated in the dialogue.
