Bengaluru: Police officials have nabbed a notorious burglar, Karthik Kumar alias Escape Karthik.
Karthik who is known for escaping from police has committed at least 80 burglaries in various parts of State, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Gold jewellery worth Rs. 11.43 lakh have been seized from him.
Karthik began burglary at the age of 16 in 2005. From then on he committed several burglaries. His first escape was from Parappana Agrahara Central Prisons in 2008. He is known to have good reflexes which helps him commit crimes and escape.
