Police recover eight stolen two-wheelers, one arrested

Bengaluru: Kalasipalya police in Bengaluru arrested one person and recovered eight two-wheelers and one autorickshaw worth Rs 6.10 lakh from him. The police have identified the accused as Murali (30), the son of Ramarao of Cement Colony on JC Road.
According to the police, the accused was riding on a two-wheeler that had no registration number plate at 4.30 am on the Main Road of Vinobanagar on Sunday. The police stopped him and enquired about the documents of the vehicle. The police said the accused has confessed to stealing of eight two-wheelers and one autorickshaw. Based on the information, the police recovered the eight two-wheelers and one autorickshaw.

It was said the accused had stolen these vehicles in Vyalikaval, Chamarajpet, S R Nagar and other police stations limits.
