Forceful abortion of Ibrahim daughter's baby: Women's Commission chief to visit Hospital-1The police sources said that the hospital claimed that Faizal barged inside and attacked the staff, broke window panes and created a ruckus. Sources said that Faisal and his wife have been having a bitter tussle with Ibrahim’s family and Faisal alleged that his wife was ill-treated by her family.

Karnataka State Commission for Women Chairperson Nagalakshmi Bai is expected to call on Faisal’s wife on Wednesday.

It may be recalled that CM Khader, Ifa’s father-in-law who also happens to be the brother of CM Ibrahim, had alleged that his brother forced his daughter to have an abortion as she had got married against his wishes.

It was said that Ifa had married Faizal, son of CM Khader, against the wishes of her father and family members. She had the nikah ceremony as well as had registered her marriage. Khader alleged, while speaking to a private TV channel, that his brother Ibrahim did not want this marriage to happen as his family did not own as much property as he has. “My son is working in a private company and our family stays at a rented house,’’ Khader said.
