Bengaluru: Today, we commemorate the second anniversary of the untimely passing of the renowned Power Star, Puneeth Rajkumar, who departed from us two years ago. In honor of this beloved actor, fans and family members have been diligently preparing for a special event.
Throughout the day, fans have orchestrated a series of events, adorning them with vibrant flowers and brilliant lighting. In remembrance of Appu’s second death anniversary, supporters have coordinated a range of initiatives, including eye donations and annadanam (food distribution).
Around 9 am today, the Rajkumar family is expected to visit the samadhi to offer their heartfelt prayers. Puneeth Rajkumar’s wife, Ashwini, will be joined by Shivarajkumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar, and their extended family for the pooja ceremony.
Puneeth Rajkumar, who tragically suffered a cardiac arrest, departed on October 29, 2021. Since that fateful day, thousands of devoted fans have been making pilgrimages to Appu’s final resting place to pay their respects.
