Bengaluru: Minister Ramesh Jharkiholi has been in news for his alleged unhappiness with the Congress party. In an action evidently manifesting his unhappiness, the minister remained absent at the cabinet meeting held on Wednesday.
It is said that Jharkiholi has attended only two out of 12 cabinet meets held so far. However, his absence has left everyone wondering over the reason. Many say that his equation with Minister DK Shivakumar is one of the major reasons for his souring relation with the Congress.
Rumours of Jharkiholi have made up his mind to break all ties with the Congress has been making rounds and his decision to remain absent at the cabinet meeting again has only added to the suspicion.
From an outset, though Jharkiholi has been saying that there is no rift, his action hint at a different story.
Political observers say that absence of Jharikiholi will have an impact on the Belagavi session that is all set to start on Dec 10.
