Bengaluru: Ramu Kanagal, the late Puttanna Kanagal’s son, passed away due to COVID on Wednesday April 28.
He was admitted to the city’s Victoria Hospital after testing positive for COVID five days ago. He did not respond to the medication.
Ramu is best known for running the Kanagal Nrithyalaya dance academy in the district, where he has trained many artists who have gone into movies and theatres.
