Bengaluru: The Bagalur police have arrested Kanakapura Shrinivasa, producer of the film “Ranam”, in connection with the deaths that occurred on set when a cylinder exploded.
According to sources, the Bagalur police traced Kanakapura Shrinivasa to Tamil Nadu and arrested him. He will be produced before a court today evening after a medical examination.
It can be recalled that, during the shooting of the climax of the film, a mother and daughter died on the spot when a cylinder exploded. Stunt master Subhash was arrested earlier this week.
