Bengaluru: The vibrant three-day inter-collegiate cultural fest hosted by BMS College of Commerce and Management in collaboration with BMS Evening College of Arts and Commerce concluded on a high note this Sunday.

According to Principal Pankaj Choudhary, the fest was a celebration of youth talent and creativity, featuring a wide range of competitions — from bodybuilding showdowns and e-sports battles to theatrical skits and performance arts. “The event drew participation from some of the most reputed colleges across Bengaluru, displaying an extraordinary mix of intellect, creativity, and competitive energy,” he told TOI.

A Feast of Fun: The Hogathon Steals the Show

Among the many attractions, the ‘Hogathon’ turned heads and stomachs alike. In a four-minute eating frenzy, about 50 students from various institutions raced to gobble down pizza, biryani, twisters, and ice cream — making it a first-of-its-kind food challenge in the fest’s history.

Over the course of three days, nearly 1,000 students representing 200 colleges took part in the events. Despite the intense competition, the spirit of unity and cultural exchange was evident throughout, Choudhary added.

A Musical Farewell

The event wrapped up with a soulful musical concert during the closing ceremony, leaving students grooving to the beats and cherishing memories of camaraderie and celebration.
