Bengaluru: District’s police officers and staff, who had previously won the gold medal in 2017 and 2018 Chief Minister’s medal, received the medal at the investiture ceremony in Bengaluru today.
The event was held at Banquet Hall in Vidhana Soudha at 10.30 a.m on Nov 20th. Karnataka chief minister, B.S. Yediyurappa was the chief guest of the ceremony.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Shimoga District Police Shekhar H, CEAN police officer, KT Gururaj, Doddapete police station, ASI Anthony, police constable, Indresh, Shivaswamy from the undercover department, and Kamat, were bestowed with the chief minister’s gold medal for their exemplary service.
These four were also the recipients of the 2017 and 2018 honourable chief ministers’ gold medal.
