Bangalore : Police seized the car in which a Mangalore college girl was kidnapped, and sexually assaulted near the railway tracks on July 11 night.
Haider Naseer is identified as main accused, who owned the Skoda fabia KA O1 MJ 8433 in which the incident took place.
He has been arrested, while the car has been seized.
The duo were abuducted in their own car in which they were sitting chatting, from near the girl’s apartment complex and taken to a desolate area near the railway tracks, and the girl was molested while her friend was threatened with his life.
Four persons are said to be involved in the case.
The other three accused are absconding.
