The eight-day-long food festival will showcase a rich trove of the haute cuisine from Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Uttara Kannada, and the traditional favourites of the Tuluva, Rajapur Sarswat Brahmin, Goud Saraswat Brahmin, Mangalorean Catholics and the Beary communities that define the food culture of Mangalore.
