Bengaluru: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) brought T D Naveen Kumar alias Hotte Manja, the accused in the senior journalist Gowri Lankesh’s murder case back to Bengaluru as he denied to undergo narco-analysis test.
The SIT squad, which had got permission from the court for narco-analysis test took him to the Forensic Laboratory in Ahmedabad, the capital of Gujarat. However, later he claimed that he didn’t agree for the test and police took him by force, in a written format.
“The accused didn’t agree for the narco-analysis test. Now, we have produced him to judicial custody. We will inform this to the court,” said the SIT sources.
