Bengaluru: The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) will hold mock drill in all the 3,209 SSLC examination centers today, June 24, on conducting the examination.
Over 8.5 lakh students will appear for SSLC examination, which will start on Thursday.
As per the plan, all the officials designated by the respective district administrations will visit the examination centers today and review the preparations.
The students will also be asked to come to the examination center and check the preparations.
It can be recalled that originally the SSLC examination was scheduled from March 23 onwards, but the examinations were postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the lockdown.
According to the KSEEB authorities, originally 2,879 centers were identified for the examination. However now it has been increased to ensure that the students maintain social distance.
N95 masks will be supplied to the students with fever in the examination halls. These students will write the examination separately.
