Bengaluru: A CEO of a start up firm has been booked for allegedly molesting a girl in a pub at Domlur here on Wednesday night.
The accused, Manish is also said to have assaulted her friend who objected to his misconduct.
According to the police complaint lodged by the girl’s friend on Thursday morning, they along with few friends had visited the Love Shack pub at Amarajyothi Layout in Domlur. Around 1.30 am Manish, who was in a drunken condition misbehaved with the victim and even tried to grope her. When her friend objected to his misconduct, he is said to have assaulted him.
The CCTV footage of the day has been handed over to the police for their investigations.
Meanwhile it is gathered that Manish who was arrested on charges of outraging the modesty of a woman and Section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the IPC has been released on bail.
