Bengaluru: The complete Sunday lockdown in Karnataka evoked outstanding response across the state, on July 5.
The lockdown has been imposed by Karnataka government on every Sunday in the state, in view of #COVID19 till August 2.
The cases of Corona Virus has been spiking in the state and keep this in mind, a Sunday lockdown was announced and on July 5 almost all the district in the state evoked good response.
The roads wore a deserted look while only essential services remained open. Marriages already fixed on Sundays also permitted.
The COVID cases stand at 21,549 in the state and 335 persons have died due to the infection.
