Bengaluru: Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa met with senior ministers on Sunday July 18 and decided to allow theatres to operate at 50% capacity starting July 19 Monday.
B. S Yediyurappa, also, decided to relax the norms of prevailing night curfew. From Monday, the night curfew will be in effect from 10 pm to 5 am, rather than the previous 9 pm to 6 am.
From July 26, higher education institutions will be permitted to open. According to a press release from the CMO, students who have received at least one dose of vaccination will be permitted to attend offline classes.
The government will publish new guidelines soon, as unlock 3.0 will finish on July 19.
