Bengaluru: Central Crime Branch (CCB), the team of Drugs Control Department officers and staff have continued their war against drug peddlers.
On Monday September 13, the police arrested three drug peddlers from Kodigehalli Station limits, who were found selling MDMA, ecstasy pills. Among them, two are from Nigeria and one is from Kerala.
The police have seized 500 ecstasy tablets, 6 mobile phones, and a car which in total is worth approximately Rs. 30 lakh.
During interrogation, the arrested have confessed that they used to sell these narcotics to the college students, IT and BT company employees for extra income, informed the police. A case has been filed and an investigation is on.
