Bantwal: Two youth who were on their way back home after attending a wedding were stabbed by miscreants near Kalpane here on Monday.
The victims are Junaid(17) from Badrianagar in Mallur and Sinan (18) from Shanthiangadi.
It is said that when the duo reached Kalpane after attending a wedding at Kaikamba, three unidentified persons on another bike hurled abuses at the two and stabbed them before fleeing.
SP Bhushan Borase, Commissioner Chandrashekar among others have visited the spot.
