Two women nabbed for high tech cheating in KPSC SDA examinations

Bengaluru: Two female candidates were arrested for allegedly using high tech equipment to answer the Second Divisional Assistant (SDA) examinations conducted by the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) on Sunday, June 16, across the state.

The KPSC conducted the Kannada examination on Sunday for the selection of candidates for the SDA.

According to the authorities, the first incident was reported from Ranebennur in Haveri where a 22-year-old woman used a microchip to engage in malpractice. She was receiving answers from a person in Davanagere. They added that only one-way communication was possible through this chip.

In another incident, in Bagalkot, a woman was found a using a Bluetooth like a device to get correct answers.

“In both the cases we registered police complaints,” informed the KPSC authorities.
