Victims of IISc lab blast now in stable condition

Bengaluru: The three people who were injured in the blast at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), are now out of danger and are recovering. One of the three, Athulya Uday Kumar has already been discharged.

Naresh Kumar (33), who had suffered an open fracture and penetrating injury with foreign bodies, is now out of the ICU after having undergone multiple surgeries at the Ramaiah Memorial Hospital. He is reportedly in a stable condition and can be fed orally.

Karthik Shenoy (25), who also suffered multiple penetrating injuries on his abdomen and had undergone surgery to extract the foreign bodies, is reportedly stable and is able to walk around. He, like Kumar, is also able to be fed orally.
