Bengaluru: Parashuraman Waghmore, one of the accused in the Gauri Lankesh murder case was remanded to judicial custody for two days by the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court on Monday, June 25.
Waghmore has been accused of pulling the trigger and ending the life of the journalist-activist in September 2017.
He was produced before the court as his police custody came to an end on Monday. He was brought before the court by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) and submitted an application to remand the accused into judicial custody.
Sources have said that the SIT has gotten all the required information from the accused.
