Mysuru: Kannada Chaluvali Vatal Paksha founder president Vatal Nagaraj warned that he wont allow Superstar Rajanikanth starrer ‘Kala’ to be released in Karnataka.
Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, Vatal Nagaraj alleged that Rajnikanth is traitor of Karnataka. If his film is allowed to release in the state, pro- Kannada organizations would conduct severe protest against him. It may be recalled that Rajnikanth said that Karnataka should release Cauvery water as per the direction of the Supreme Court. This statement of his had infuriated pro-Kannada activists.

No support for BJP’s bandh call
Regarding the BJP’s state-wide bandh call on Monday for not declaring farmers’ loan waiver, Vatal Nagaraj said they don’t know about bundh. However, KCVP will not support BJP as they didn’t support them. “There is no question of supporting them. Yeddyurappa didn’t support the Mahadayi struggle,” he said.
